IMPORTANT NOTICE: Utility Payment System Change
Thursday, October 1, 2026, is the final day that our previous online utility payment platform, Invoice Cloud, will be available. After this date, customers will no longer be able to access or make payments through Invoice Cloud.
As we complete the transition from Invoice Cloud to Our Community Connect, our IVR automated phone payment system will also be temporarily unavailable.

If you have not already done so, you will need to create an account and link your utility account before making an online payment.
Other Ways to Pay
Please remember that the Village of East Alton does not accept utility payments over the phone through our office staff.
Payments can still be made either online through Our Community Connect, in person at the water desk (credit/debit cards will be subjected to a 3.5% convenience fee), or by utilizing the night deposit drop box located at the front of Village Hall.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this transition, and we will notify our customers when the new IVR system is up and running.
